Shipping

Our shipping prices are based on the value of the items in your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature.

In the event of heavy traffic, this period may be extended by a further 3 days.

Packages are dispatched via La Poste with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Whichever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.

Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.

Delivery times announced by La Poste:

- France: delivery in 3 days

- EU: 4 - 5 days

- Outside EU: 7 days to several weeks

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days.

Return postage is at the buyer's expense.

If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss of value will be charged to the customer.
